形態特徵

• Plants 20-45 cm tall. Tuberoids stoloniform, 3-8 cm long, 3-6 mm thick, strongly tapering, with bud producing from middle or near base. Stem ridged, with one or two large leaves near base and few bractlike smaller leaves in upper part.
• Basal leaves nearly sessile, oblong to lanceolate, 8-12 cm long, 3-5 cm wide, acute or obtuse at apex, narrow and clasping stem at base.
• Inflorescence 8-18 cm long, 5-20-flowered; bracts lanceolate, 7-16 mm long, 3-6 mm wide, acute, lower ones larger, longer or equal to pedicel and ovary. Flowers greenish; dorsal sepal ovate-triangular, 3-3.5 mm long, 2.8-3.2 mm wide, apex obtuse, 1-nerved; lateral sepals descending and reflexed, ovate-lanceolate, oblique, 5-5.5 mm long, 2- 2.3 mm wide, apex obtuse, base truncate, 1-nerved; petals closely connivent with dorsal petal, obliquely lanceolate-falcate, 4-4.5 mm long, 2 mm wide, acute or obtuse; lip erect or ascending, ovate-triangular, 4.5-5 mm long, 2-2.5 mm wide, apex obtuse, spur cylindrical, arched, 6-8 mm long, obtuse at tip; column 1.5-2 mm tall, with 2 small processes at base of ventral sides linking to base of lip; anther cells clavate, with dilated top and slender base, close near top, divergent below, staminodes elongate, rugose; pollinia ovoid-ellipsoid, 0.8 mm long, caudicle ca. 1 mm long, viscidium elongate lanceolate or oblong, 1.2 mm long, 0.2 mm wide; stigma prominent, protruding beyond anther cells under roof-like rostellum.

分布

• 台灣 : usually in forests of <i>Tsuga chinensis</i> and <i>Picea morrisonicola</i>, 2,400-3,000 m.
